LOGO PACKAGE GENERATOR

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This policy explains what information Logo Package Generator handles when you use its preview and paid icon delivery features.

Information we process

Uploaded logos and icon settings are processed in your browser for previews and file generation. When you start checkout, the prepared ZIP package is uploaded to our server for temporary delivery storage, and an order record is created.

Stripe payments

Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes your payment details according to its own privacy practices. We receive checkout identifiers and payment status, and may receive your email address for order records. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

File and order retention

Purchased ZIP packages are stored using Cloudflare R2. The checkout code assigns each package an expiration timestamp seven days after creation. This timestamp does not by itself establish automatic deletion. Order and payment records may be retained as necessary for accounting, disputes, security or legal compliance.

Analytics and local storage

We use Umami to measure website usage. To help restore a cancelled checkout or preserve work when switching languages, the browser may store your selected settings in session storage and a copy of your upload in IndexedDB. You can clear browser data at any time.

How information is used

We use this information to generate and deliver icons, verify purchases, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse and understand aggregate use of the site. You retain your rights in the logo you upload.

Providers and security

Cloudflare provides hosting, database and file-storage infrastructure; Stripe handles checkout; Umami provides analytics. We use HTTPS and appropriate technical safeguards, though no online service is absolutely secure.
